@nateodog the one i seen on a 19 plate in merthyr was modded.. stickers, flaps and so on… this one was totally standard old ish guy driving…

I saw a NB on the A40 travelling toward Carmarthen, around 11.45am, Sat Aug 1st. I didn’t catch the reg.
