Seems to be quite a few newbies and the forums seem to be more active.

Is it me or anyone else noticed?.

Has the FocusRS Forum finally gone broke after going so woke?.

If so, would be good to expand this forum into the other RS marques. I always like to see what the Mk2 people are up to and would love to see more Escorts / Sierras.

@DaveRS3, yes I’ve also noticed quite a few new members, all very welcome sharing information knowledge and experiences of owning an iconic car 👍

I suppose it’s all down to the recent forum update the other site has just had. Members are not liking all the advertisements and the fact a now none member can see all threads, albeit with ad pop ups. Existing members membership was null and void meaning every one was then expected to renew. All membership now gives you, is no advertisements. After a massive number of complaints, the new owners gave every existing member a years premium membership.

The new format though is still not to everyone’s taste so I expect that might be the reason for more MK3 traffic on here.

Welcome, the more the merrier I say 👍

The vertiscope update that have rolled out across there forums is pants, the Mondeo ST OC is also part of that group – a forum run to make profit is not a owners group in my opinion and that’s why I think this forum is popular- that and mostly uncensored

So this would be a perfect opportunity to set subs to keep the club viable and keep kenny in pocket 👍👍

I won’t be renewing on the other forum when time comes,I’m not keen on the new set-up,,yes  @Pauly paul I agree nows the time for Kenny to start charging subs,,I’m sure if it was only £10 a year which is nothing to one member but a lot to Kenny to help with the ever growing forum.

As a regular contributor to the ‘other’ forum, I agree with what’s been said.  It’s such a shame as I’ve found it a very useful and generally, friendly, forum.

I tend to access these forums via a lap-top and not a phone so haven’t had a problem with pop-up ads.

To be honest i think the other forum is more for the MK2 RS opposed to the MK3.

I thought Kenny’s club shop supported the forum site

I joined the Focus RS forum shortly after ordering my RS. It was a really exciting place to be. I’m sure the lack of a mk4 RS has not helped, although this forum has remained consistent. I agree the new format is not good.
