No worries, @bobcat. I shall be in the workshop next monday getting the Michelin Sport Alpin 5 onto my Rosie. And then I shall be off looking for some snow patches in the Alps. New winter tyres have to be burned in, too. 😎

@paulg, no you are not missing anything. The experts can not predict accurately that far away. I hope most of you will have albeit a short burst of warm weather this weekend.

Yep, one week ahead is the most accurate forecast you might possibly have, probability wise. Anything else is reading tea leaves.

That said, next week will be quite sunny and winter tyres are not really required yet:
