A true British hero has passed away and may he rest in peace.

He gave us all something positive to think about during Covid and was always a happy gentleman. We all could learn something from his attitude. RIP sir.

Out of all this shit with covid he was one of the good things to come out of this whole situation. Came across as a decent honest bloke. Will sadly be missed

More of a great feeling of Pride and Patriotism after hearing this news. Of course its sad but what a way to go.

Was listening to his interview with ITV just after he was knighted and it was so wonderful. He was indeed a true gent but also a great Nationalist who banged on about how great Britain is and how proud he was to be British. A man half his age would have been criticised and labelled for saying what he was saying.

Not many of his kind left unfortunately.

    RIP Tom.

They broke the mould when Sir Captain Tom was made, wise words and humility.
