That’s a shame. Have no idea what it means for Ford etc but I do know I’ve now lost my number one way of getting anything Ford related fixed. If you mentioned his name on a post on LinkedIn (I know ok lol) you would get a response and your problem looked into pretty pronto. Not many MD’s of big manufacturers (or fake marketing accounts) had such impact and availability in that way.
