Email Digest

The website had issues during the week with large volumes of traffic which slowed everything down so I have had to remove the email notifications per post as the server was sending 10k+ emails every few weeks. As a temporary fix I put in a email digest which gets emailed every hour with a summary of threads you are subscribed to with any recent activity.

Any feedback on this form of notifications rather than the instant per post ones before I make any further changes?
