Can Kenny confirm this as quoted from page 1.

“PLEASE NOTE: Your vehicle pass(es) will be sent via email no later than 3 days before the event date. They will need to be printed and brought with you to the show for scanning on entry.”

I presume theses are separate to the entry tickets as they don’t mention the club on them 🤷🏻‍♂️

Kenny, having not been to one of these before and seeing the pic, is the intention for the club to park on mass by our stand? Seeing those many RS together is going to look awesome, I’ll be polishing the car Sat.

I’m going ford fair but never take my car in, I camp there so find it easier to to walk from campsite to Silverstone, plus usually have a good session on the Saturday. Way too many police about to risk driving on the Sunday morning. Are there many of you camping???? I will come and find the club stand and say hello, be nice to meet whoever is there and see your great cars

Ive got club entry tickets and club vehicle pass on the app. I presume thats all i need to show. Each ticket has a qr code i presume they scan?

Still no vehicle pass , don’t think we bin issued a stand yet , I got same message as wheels, wont get passes till we know where we are I guess 🤔🤔

Cheers kenny for update on club stand , I’ve received an e – mail about deadline for 19 th , alas I’ll be away & I’m gutted I will miss it , I will def go next year and hope we have a stand , I’m def going to donington on 29 th August National day , well fingers crossed, hope you all have a cracking day take care 👍😞👍
