    Hello,

Im from Sweden and in the choice to buy a RS or not. Also looking at the Audi RS3, abit more expensive but more power and cool stuff.

I will lurk around and ask questions about the RS here in the forum. Great place to be.

Yes the Audi is another car but another price tag aswell. With the Focus i can spend some on tires, brakes or other nice parts instead .

The audi is ONLY “better” with regards to more carbon fibre and nicer interior. Power let’s be honest is pretty much the same if you’ve the FPM375.

RS is meaner look exterior and everyone says more fun to drive! I love driving it.

I just wouldn’t be sure paying an extra £20-25k for a car pretty much on the same level??

Good choice Swede. FPM375 is warranty friendly so shouldn’t be an issue. Enjoy when it arrives.

I had the 2012 RS3, the new model now has some nice interior upgrades but tomorrow i place my order on the FRS, i haven’t told my wife yet. Will be interesting when first parts arriving home. “What is that in the box?”.

what life is like when you own an Audi RS3….

    No mates..

and once you own a MK3 Focus RS… then life is..

    No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

How you look when driving a boring Audi or Bmw and you see a Focus RS go popping by..

and how you look when you are in your RS !!..

and how back seat passengers feel in the back of an RS when you take them for a fast ride..
