I will NOT be having a Ghost fitted to my next Focus RS Mk3.

    RS Edition.

    Chris

Car’s in for a service tomorrow.

How do I put the Ghost in service mode?

Can’t for the life of me remember.

    Regards,

    Mick

whiters, why not? I thought it was the bees knees?

    No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

It probably suspect it is really as my post erm may of been a little misleading as no fault of the GHOST.

But I landed on my head broke my neck and compressed my lower spine some years ago and somethings stay in the grey stuff and a lot doesn’t lol.

@mick, hopefully not too late but it’s in your owners manual. If you can’t find it, this is the process. If you have the app make sure it’s turned off or turn bluetooth off on your phone.

    1. Ignition on no clutch enter PIN
    2. Indication signal flashes twice (different signal according to your install method)
    3. Press service button 5 times (different button according to install method)
    4. Indication signal flashes 5 times to confirm Service / Valet mode

If you are still struggling give your installer a shout. Best not to discuss specifics about which signals and buttons on public forum.

How do we do a software update on the Ghost ? I am hearing a lot of rumours about ghost being hacked , I have spoken to Autowatch about this issue , can a ghost user update the unit or does it need doing by the installer ?
