Just taken delivery of my RS :)

Ordered it on 30th April 2016, it was built on 1st December, arrived at the dealers on the 16th December and today it was registered and I drove it 6 miles home ?

 

Took it as it came off the transporter and gonna save driving it till next week once it’s been cleaned and had its ceramic coat. Well…that’s the plan!

Here are the first pictures I took of it.

Will have a play with it tomorrow ??

Trailered the car to the detailers with just 13 miles on the clock. ‘sports car protection’ James Richardson in Hook, north of Basingstoke.

Just had this progress picture sent through. This is part way through the paint correction. Apparently it’s not too bad for a new car, with only a few minor imperfections.

Tomorrow is coating day. Looking forward to seeing what it’s like after he’s finished.

Picked it up from sports car protection today looking lovely

Roads were nasty so brought it home on the truck

It still got a coating of salt dust so I had to give it a wash to make it perfect perfect!

Came out decent. The paint is flawless.

I hope you like the pictures.

Really pleased I waited for this car. The blue paint is insane!

Now just have to wait for some nice weather to drive it in. It’s still on 13 miles 😉
