Hi Peter…is there a reason why you want to put the sound deadening back

Never removed mine. Had the fpm375 nearly a year now. No problems with it & no rubbing of the pipe to.

Don’t know why it’s been removed? Unless it’s to amplify the induction roar/noise from the new air filter. Apart from that no idea why it’s been taken off

It was suggested I remove mine one because Mountune said it rubbed on the cross over pipe, also as you say White-rs2 it does give greater induction noise, takes 5 mins to remove

Took mine off, induction noise is nice and doesn’t produce any unpleasant noises at cruising speeds without it.

Mountune removed mine as they said the pipe could rub on

    sound deadening causing an indent

it doesn’t sound any louder in car without

just you hear the air induction noise
