This thread just gets worse every time I read the updates. Have you though about trying to reclaim some of the money you shelled out with mountune? I know it’s not really about the money but I bet you have spent thousands trying to fix problems that shouldn’t have been there. I’m pissed just reading it so if I had gone through all this trouble I would be fuming. Hopefully you will get it running soon without constantly thinking what’s next.

Hi have had only their lousy customer service activity to deal with, when trying to look a service, now wondering it it is a sign to stay well clear.

Surely you can threaten them with a small claims procedure, surely sale of goods act covers this massive incompetence and Sup standard workmanship.

It’s just farcical now to me hence why I’m Debranding the car I have two products of theirs for sale right now , tbh there is nothing wrong with them , nothing at all but I just want rid of the stuff from my car

if I could start again I’d do things very differently but I am where I am and it is what it is now so I’m not slagging off just showing what I’ve encountered when regularly maintaining my Carfiff I stuck by to recommended service intervals etc the car would have been dead by now

yes it’s the stage 2 intercooler and oil cooler

 

i bought the hardpipe kit previously and fitted it at spec-r as they needed to make the end of the hardpipe that goes through the dump fit to my borg turbo

 

the biggest difference was the hardpipe kit excellent value for money and real world gains

 

the cooler I fitted separately on Saturday at spec-r with Barny it was a cunt of a job , well it was ok it’s just time consuming so much has to come off to swap everything over ,

the cooler fitted makes a good difference to the temps it recovers very very quickly and we saw 3 deg anove am isn’t driving in normal mode which is amazing

 

I high power mode we saw 13 deg after 5/6 very hard pulls to 160+ maxed out at 33 deg but recovers super fast

 

don’t need to cut or modify anything , it’s all straight bolt on and the quality is gobsmackingly good and it fucking should be for the price.
