Obdlink MX+ connection failed

Hi!

Why I can’t connect with obdlink mx+ to forscan lite? Ignition is ON, engine OFF. Bluetooth is connecting but app doesn’t get connection to obdlink mx+. It is brand new bluetooth scanner and my another car ST220 I get connection immediately.

What am I doing wrong?

I have a v gate and sometimes the connection between the item and iphone does not take place.
I found that if the engine is running and if I unplug the device and restart my iphone, things will connect.
