    Thanks bobcat, by the looks of things it’s only the mesh, I’ll need to jet wash and get a better look fingers crossed I’ll be able to repair it

    Evening mate!!

    Pheasants…..F**KEN pointless things!! Absolutely pointless!! And bloody big too!! Hopefully it’s just that mesh mate!! The mesh can be reshaped if it’s not too bad. If not then you can buy each separate section from Ford, I priced it up coz mines starting to rust, can’t remember how much it was though!!

    I feel your pain, I hit a badger doing 50 the other wk, I thought it was gonna be worse than it was, it’s behind the bumper it’s done damage but it’s all fixable

    thanks for replies I’m away offshore so can’t try fix it the joys

    @crocket can you let me know if it was a straight forward fix as I’m thinking about just replacing mesh

    Don’t knock it, a pheasant adds at least 10hp to the car. I’ve had that happen to myself, they are a pain.

    mine will be having a new bumper,intercooler and radiator, I’m having it done where I work cos I can do the mechanical side and the painter here can do the rest, don’t trust anyone else to touch it!!
