how about the McDonald’s at Banbury gateway just off the m40? Depending what time we need to be at castle Combe the journey should take around an hour and half from there But we can decide on that when kenny lets us know the details. Really looking forward to a little rs convoy down there.

I will not be attending that’s why I paid for tickets as would cost me a few hundred pounds to travel and stay over as I am from near Glasgow.

It would be a good idea for a convoy if you can arrange it.

Gates open 6:30am, club stands should be in and parked by 8:30am

If everyone else who’s going wants to meet and drive in in convoy can I suggest the brewers fayre in cepen park. It’s about 10 minutes from castle Combe and just off the m4 for anyone joining that way. If we aimed to all meet for about 7:30 that gives us an hour to set up and get the cars ready. Kenny is there any club banners or anything that can be sent down for us to promote the club?  Also are the tickets being sent to us?

I am coming from West Wales guys but will aim to meet for the convoy, in the past we set up a whats app group is this something folks would like to do again?

Kenny I know last time we had flags/banners for the stand along with club plates, not sure if these can be sent down/to a club member?

Not the best at social media any suggestion how to get all into a group? Is it that I give my mobile and everyone sends me a text? I can then save the numbers and invite members to the group?

Apologies if I am making this difficult, any easier way please let me know lol
