    Hi all,

Does anyone else have the Quantitec lights fitted to their car? If so, do they find that the lights seem to rub away at the paint?

I noticed mine did it a little while back. I touched it in but looks like it’s doing it again.

Anyone else had this? Lights were bought directly from Quantitec.

Adjust the Screw / The Pin.

hmm, perhaps give that a go. I was gonna swap back to the OE lights but I do like the style. It’s rubbed the paint away quite a bit so I’ve just been out with a touch up pen to seal it.

@tobys I’ve had these fitted since last summer also purchased directly (non sequential) and can’t say I’ve noticed any problem with the paintwork and I do wash my RS quite a bit 😉 I’ll have to have a closer look.

I think these lights look ace on MG👍

MG no mods but flaps and a lovely new RS knob

I’ve had those back lights on order since Sept, certainly something to keep an eye on thanks for the heads up 👍

Thanks all. I’ve taken then off and put the OE lights back on. I suspect my driver side light may be slightly misformed as I’ve reseated a few times and it still rubs. Oh well.
