Slip clutch in 6 gear

Took my rs out for a run , down duel carriageway, clutch spin few ties in 6 gear ..

came to a roundabout and looked down and my clutch pedal was only half up so I lifted the clutch pedal up to the correct height ,and then seem to be okay on the return journey put my foot down in six and just got clutch spin again and again my car has only done 6500 miles running,dreamscience  ultimate 3  …. The weather was very hot don’t know if this is something to do with it. Any ideas thanks

Going to follow the response on this as i can have this after hard acceleration. Pedal has a tendancy to go soft.

I know there is a few posts about changing/upgrading a few parts in the system to stop this.
