That Skoda was great. Over 200bhp in a diesel, 60+mpg in eco mode, large boot

Only trouble it gave me was the common water pump problem where it sticks.

When got my RS went from two cars to one. I miss the 5 series for comfort and the 1 series sipped diesel and auto box was great for my 200 mile daily commute to London, change of job meant could get the rs.

This car was before my last rs not the current mk3 , Evo 2 , gt30 cams etc 448bhp  on 1.4 bar  , would of made well  over 500 on higher boost but car cost me £££ over 10 years ! Ran mid 11,s
