Well after having had my car for 2 weeks and done around 500 miles so far, she went in for a bit of pampering this week. I decided not to post any photos before she was clean so here they are. I can highly recommend Magic Detail in Altrincham is anyone is looking for someone to detail a car in the Manchester area.

I’m up for that. I’m going to head to the Beacons and take a few snaps on the weekend.

Love the Frozen White with the forge wheels. Good choice.

What did you get carried out at the detailers ceramic coating?

She had the full new car detail with Modesta BC04 ceramic coating and the wheels, glass and interior done as well. Even after the weather today she doesn’t look too dirty as most of the water runs off taking the dirt with it.

First time I have had the ceramic coating done to any car and must confess some of the stories you hear make you wonder whether it is worth it with how much it costs but I am extremely happy with the result.

It was £750. I have seen some people getting similar treatments for slightly less (and others paying a lot more) but the service was great and the most important thing for me was location.

They are the DMB Graphics ones and come in different colours to suit your taste and car colour. They also have them for the air box and crossover pipe.

There is a post in the group buys for a discount on them.
