Tpms sensors on alloy change

Hi looking at the mountune alloys or a set of bola b25 when changing alloys does this aftect the tpms sensors or can they be swapped over ?

I purchased a forged alloy , centre cap and TPMS device all came in at sub £400 delivered. From memory it was about £11.50 ish (TPMS) but I’m old and my grey cells are getting dubious
