It’s got to be a German driver surly, Vettel would be first choice I he can get away for Ferrari and would want to.

Its the choice between youth or experience. There is good young drivers on Mercedes rank that Lewis could nourish.
Big shock tho did not see that one coming.
I think they will promote Wehrlien as he has been driving for Manor this season plus he is German. He fits the bill
