well worth taking time out to watch the full 20 mins. Nice pussy too.

    No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

What a find. It would be good to see it once it’s restored.

Lol GM, yes that looks more likely!

Can’t believe an original GT500 would be found like that. Lucky!! Hopefully they give it a full restoration

Gareth, you had better start treating the rusty bits then mate, or at least attend to it this summer in prep for another Welsh winter next year !

@71-bda ? Yeah its on the list! but i keep finding more! and more!

Theres kind of a theme to the mk3 –  if its painted black its rusting, if its covered by plastic / trim its rusting, if its a nut bolt or any other thing you would not expect to rust??? its rusting! ? But its way to much fun on wet B roads and soggy lanes, to keep dry! ?

I only bought one tub of hydrate 80…? might be better off seeing if they do drums?????

This Mark 2 RS may struggle to make it to 50yrs old without a wash and polish.

May the Ford be with you

oh god, heres another one !!  worth watching the full 9 minutes, funny how its 1/4 mile time and speed are practically identical to a std MK3 Focus RS at around 13.1 seconds and 110 mph terminal speed, not bad for a 1969 banger !  check that interior out !! mint mint mint
