For the more conservative owner Cobra have an exhaust that is road legal (sports cat) and is resonated which means the centre silencer gives the exhaust a subtle but sporty tone.
The Cobra valveless resonated turbo back is made from 3″/76.2mm pipework replacing the standard front pipe, standard catalyst, centre and rear sections.
This sytems eliminates the Mk3 Focus RS exhaust valve, which is done by a specialised housing plate allowing the valve motors to remain connected to the vehicle electronics but not form part of the exhaust, therefore allowing the use of all drive modes.
