I have one of these, it works to block the signal to unlock, however if I unlock the car, put the key back in the pouch and get in with it the engine will still start.

It doesn’t start if the key is outside of the car, makes no difference if it’s in the pouch or not.

as soon as I bring the key in the pouch in the car the engine will start.

not sure if this is normal as I’ve not got another pouch to test.

The car should not pick the key up to start if it is in a 100% working pouch.
