Does anyone know of a carbon fibre ST or lower profile spoiler that will fit directly onto the RS MK3 2018 and take the stock third brake light? I know I don’t want much.

Are the bootlids the same – does anyone know?! Apparently people have fitted a 2016 RS spoiler to a 2012 ST so it ‘should’ work the other way but it’s a very expensive exercise if it doesn’t.
I have seen a few focus ST’s that have gone the other way as you say – RS spoiler fitted to an ST but the ones I have seen have all been MK3.5’s.
I am curious as to why you would want to change from an RS spoiler to something more subtle? Surely the RS has been designed with that spoiler being pretty integral I’m how the car performs and handles.
That’s a fair question. Personal preference / taste I guess. Ideally I’d design something that has two blades and less bulky end plates but that would be seriously expensive, so the ST style spoiler is a more affordable option. Pity Vorsteiner don’t do something for the RS as that would probably be near perfect. I don’t think the downforce or handling effect of moving to a more ST style spoiler is going to make any difference to real-world driving. Whichever route I end up going down I’ll take before and after pictures and let you guys decide 🙂
Feel like it will look somewhat naked without big wing on the back. A bit like an escort cosworth without the massive rear spoiler or some Subaru’s you see with no spoiler.
Will be interesting to see some pics if you do go ahead. Won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but as long as it’s what you are after then have at it mate.
