@robroy, from memory….. when the wheel/tyre fitted you go to the car computer setting for tyre pressure set command and press ok the tpm should be set (41 front 38 rear)

Instructions to put the car in TPMS Train mode:-

TPMS Re-Learn Mode

1)      Ignition Off

2)      Press and Release the Brake Pedal

3)      Switch the Ignition On > Off > On > Off > On

4)      Press and Release the Brake Pedal

5)      Switch Ignition Off

6)      Switch the Ignition On > Off > On > Off > On

NB: The Horn should sound indicating that TPMS Re-Learn mode is activated.

Procedure with device:

1)      Start Front Left > Press Button on device, check Instruction on the car dash to confirm success

2)      Front Right > Press Button on device, check instruction on the car dash to confirm success

3)      Rear Right > Press Button on device, check instruction on the car dash to confirm success

4)      Rear Left > Press Button on device, check instruction on the car dash to confirm success.

The sensor separates from the valve,it’s held on with a small screw,what do they mean they will damage them,the rubber part just pulls through like a normal valve,I do them every day with sensors & never damaged one yet.

The rubber part can be bought on eBay for £10 for a set of 4 & your sensors will screw onto them.

Do the mean they cannot remove your rubber bit out of your original wheels.? I know those can be tight to get out sometimes,that’s why I always keep a few spare sets in stock.aftermarket wheels shouldn’t make any difference,most wheels are made to take standard size valves

So they cannot pull the rubber part of the valve through the wheel.?
