………only this time it won’t be a mk2 but a mk3!

It’s looking very likely that I will be getting a 67 plate FW RS. It has the forged wheels, standard seats which are heated and also the heated steering wheel (along with what I assume is the usual spec for a 67 plate of Sync 3, reverse camera, climate control etc)

Are there any little oddities that I need to look out for? I know to check the build date of the engine and to check the clutch also the leather on the bolsters.

Hopefully have photos when I pick it up (I work away so still have 10 days to wait)

Gary the standard seats don’t suffer the same bolster wear as the CS Recarro’s

great choice Gary ! a few little oddities to watch out for might be Bob and Coast !! 😎 innit.

White is right ! White cars matter.

No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

Innit?

A white RS is the only RS that counts, best looking and best colour. 😁.

Thanks for the welcome folks.

Will look forward to getting photos of the mk3 but for now here is a photo of the last time I owned an RS product (a lot of sellers regret about this one!!)

@Gary, miss my Mk 2 also , couldn’t keep it and the Mk 3 😿 But that said the Mk 3 is a totally different beast 😹 you’ll not regret it 👍
