For those who have had the Autowatch Ghost system installed or going to have it installed via our group buy, we are looking to see if you would like window stickers to say your RS is protected by the system as a visual deterent? These will be paid for and supplied by Chris @ VeilTuning at 2 per car for group buy purchasers only.

Part of me says to not advertise security features like this but at least I could do away with the disk lock so head says no, heart says yes and my heart wins today.

These things are always hard to decide , on one hand not having a sticker means some scrote might break the window in a failed attempt to steal the car so it would save pointless damage , on the other if you are unlucky enough to be targeted by the thugs that enter your home to steal keys while you are in bed it could give them a heads up that they need to threaten you for the start procedure.

On balance I think some scrote breaking window for entry is the more likely scenario so would opt for the sticker being a benefit (as in “might aswell move on to the next one !”

I have a tracker sticker on mine. Even if they break in and steal the keys they will not be sure whether it has one or not.

My personal thoughts are that it would be a good idea to have a Ghost fitted, and perhaps have a security sticker for a different system. This is what I usually do. The sticker shows a potential thief that the car has security, and if they come back prepared, they come prepared for the wrong system!

I got my sticker  when I had it fitted yesterday , already put them on , with the steering bar and other things it should make anyone think is it worth the hassle ? You would pretty much have to Hiab mine away!
