“The reason you have P132B is the electronic actuator struggles to move the arm that adjusts the variable vanes in the exhaust side of the turbo. The exhaust side of the turbo gets sooted up and it makes the arm stiff for the electronic actuator to move.
If you disconnect the turbo arm from the electronic actuator box and move it back and forth you will feel some resistance, where it’s meant to move very freely like a fly could move it.
You have some options, the most expensive being a new turbo, the second being removing the turbo and stripping it and cleaning it (which is what I and Purple did to fix ours) and others have had success in removing the Catalytic converter and spraying Innotec cleaner into the exhaust side of the turbo whith a long bendy tube which is the easiest. You may also have some luck in just disconnecting the arm and moving it backwards and forwards trying to free it up.”
