I had an Anderson composite carbon bonnet on my previous Stealth Focus. The quality was amazing and unbelievably lightweight. I also had the carbon rear spoiler.  Looked good on a stealth Focus

Following, looking to do this myself as I want to have bonnet vents but can’t bring myself to cut into original bonnet so looking to go down the carbon route. after doing some reasech on a few website they all recommend installing Safety pins is this actually required?
