Ive had my car a year.

Been following this forum from the start

I want a map that will pin me back in my car. Dreamscience? Litchfield? etc?

What are the biggest figures of the first stage maps? Litchfield?

I am a bit disappointed with the Dreamscience map stage 2.  People seem to be getting a lot better, off different maps from less development!  Also Dreamscience never seem to print their graphs off?  Am I missing something?

    Please help?

Best Stage 1 best map must be the FPM375.

Due to it being warranty friendly having fantastic mid range grunt top end only 25 mid range circa 60. After this power level it’s then stage 2 & 3 etc which means additional maps and additional parts

    🙂

    RS Edition.

    FPM375 Rocks

The rest of the “M” maps suck

Custom map is far superior then any off the shelf map.

Dreamscince can be put on/off as many times as you want for services our warranty work?

There is not such a thing as best more to what best suits you.

I’d go Litchfield. Went to a dyno day and 2 of the cars that were running Litchfield got the most impressive results of the day. 1 car made 405bhp running stage 2 which was the highest powered car of the day. The other made 395bhp with an auto specialist induction kit and stage 1 map.

If your not bothered about warranty.

I would agree with Hammy that a live real world map would be the best option, rather than any generic handset from either Cobb, REVO, Mountune, Superchips etc etc.

The only issue with a live map is each time you add a performance part you should get it re-mapped again to get the best out of the item.

I would buy all your bits & bobs and fit them all on and then go get a live map done.

Currently rocking the Adam tuned Tune+ custom tune. Getting 400bhp and 380lft. Really punchy!

Also got extra pops and bangs at lower rpms which I like.

Getting an extra revision done as he reckons I can get more ‘safely ‘ from the car

    Mods:

AccessPort / Stratified tune + STuned extended pops & bangs + custom pop and bang intensity / Boomba Racing short throw plate / DMB inlays / Mountune air filter / Mountune RMM / Mountune Recirc / Milltek Non Res Cat Back

totally agree Adrian went through all that with the sti.

sticking with dreamscience and a couple of other stuff I can take off during service intervals and put back on. When my warrantee runs out will be looking to change it to semi/closed our closed deck engine and see if I can get a reliable daily runner on 500bhp.
