In order to prevent this specific bug from occurring, please ensure your Accessport is using firmware version 1.7.3.0-17749 or newer prior to attempting to uninstall the Accessport for your vehicle.</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>To update your Accessport firmware, download Accessport Managerand follow these step by step instructions.</p>
