    @Bobcat – Thanks.

    I am on auto setting – but seem to be missing out compared to others?

    Either:

    (1) I need to visit Spec Savers?

    (2)RS needs to visit dealer?

    (3) There was a headlight revision for later models.

    (4) I need therapy!

    @Ukjon

    I have also not had the benefit of the Dynamic headlamps, my headlamps are constantly on the Auto setting but that said I very rarely use my RS at night. My RS is a late 2016 model with all extra’s less Active city stop and shell Recaro’s. I am aware that bobcats car was registered before mine, but from the handbook I suspect it is available on early models and throughout the build line. Its something I need to check when I get the chance.

    Having said this, I only found at the MOT that my lights were set for driving on the right hand side, it was brought to my attention by the tester, I was able to quickly figure it out. Its very good having plenty of toys and tech on modern cars, but some stuff is a bit over the top. The Auto wipe function doesn’t always work all the time, the came can be said for voice control. I am not in favour of removing the driving experience and that’s what happening slowly but surely.

    apart form the corner lights coming on, all I have really noticed is the bloody beam keeps going up and down on hilly/undulating /bumpy sort of roads, I’m sure cars in front must think I’m flashing them all the time !

    No nothing.

    No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

    Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

    Now that we are in thick of short days, I find that during hrs of darkness am frequently ’flashed’  (main beam off) by on coming traffic. Have been to 2 local Ford dealer twice now to have them checked and am told they are set to correct height?

    From Bobcats posts, is there a speed threshold then; that when exceeded said headlamps give their best? Maybe am driving too slow☺️
