EcuTek are pleased to announce a major update to our Ford EcoBoost product. After a successful release earlier this year, we have continued to push forward on this exciting new product incorporating new RaceROM features and comprehensive ProECU improvements.

The new ProECU software and RaceROM feature files are available for download from EcuTek Update today. In addition, our free ECU Connect app is available from the app store of your choice.

RaceROM Update

RaceROM Features
Following on from the existing driver adjustable boost and torque included in our initial release we have added more of our tried and tested features

Adjustable Launch Control
This release adds RaceROM launch control to Focus ST models and live adjustment of the factory Launch Control on Focus RS models.

Flat Foot Shift
Sets a target hold RPM during a gearshift based on clutch position while maintaining an open throttle to minimise boost drop during shifting.

Auto Blip
Synchronises RPM on a downshift by blipping the throttle in a controlled manner, resulting in smooth gearshifts under heavy braking without the need to heel and toe.

Oil Temperature Gauge Hijack
Repurpose the factory gauge to display a range of alternative values or even data from RaceROM custom maps.
 
Auto-Start-Stop ON/OFF Memory
Remembers the last setting after key-off so you don’t need to enable or disable each time you get back in the car.
