I bought my used Mk3 Focus Titanium X 1 March 2020 and when I discovered the Sync 3 had an outstanding upgrade due the coconavirus shut down had started. When the suppling dealer contacted me I booked it in and they did the upgrade FOC. I then found out that there ia a Map Upgrade to do because the dealer advised me they do not do them. Yesterday I tried the upgrade but missed, after the first part of the upgrade, a notice with the following: Preset Bank DAM:1. Does anybody know what this means please? I forgot the stop car, get out lock car etc. In addition I got an error message at the end of the upgrade but it did not stay on the screen so I could read it. Is it worth me trying the whole upgrade again, will it effect anything? Thanking you in anticipation. Dennis
