Ghost card

after a bit of help, i can’t seem to find the card that comes with the ghost system. Does anyone know the easiest way to get a replacement? I contacted autowatch when i got the car to change my details on the system and they just seem so slow

I think that will be the only way to get one through Autowatch.

Autowatch are a bit slow it’s worth a chase up, they are ok with that?

Well it turns out autowatch cannot find my vehicle on the system, so i need to take it to an installer for them to find the unit and get the serial number. Can anyone recommend an installer in the surrey/hampshire area? Im based near Guildford. unless someone can help me out to find the serial number

@gareth100, just a try,… But ring Autowatch and try and speak to “Graham “(you may not get to speak to him immediately) explain your predicament and see what he can do, he can be be helpful if you have enough information to give him! Good luck hope you get it sorted
