I am in 2 minds as to which of these to go for

my one concern with Ghost is there is not visual deterrent so potential thieves will still attempt to take it

Attempt is better than driving it away surely ?

Viper has no way of protecting your car against key thefts

Ghost stops your vehicle being driven away with the keys no other product on the market can do that, stops rf key cloning no other product can do that and also protects your cars entire can bus network against diagnostic tool theft.

If that’s not enough for you just leave your keys inside the vehicle to save your house being broken into.

Had my Ghost & tracker fitted yesterday, through the group buy scheme.

Totally recommend. It really does work.

Easy to use, and that’s coming from a tech dinosaur.

Excellent professional fitting, from a man who takes pride in his work.

    Many thanks.

I have had the black jacks system fitted to my civic type-r which has kept it secure for the past 10 years. That can also prevent the car being started even if you have the keys, also you have an anti high jack system built in works brilliant. I’m changing my car next month and was wondering if this ghost system is just an updated version of the black jacks anti theft system? I want to keep my new RS just as long if possible.

The Autowatch Ghost is the only system on the market which offers anti hijack for a can bus vehicle with push button start technology.
The Ghost doesn’t make any sounds though to remind you to disarm the system.

Do you have to turn the stop start off with the ghost fitted? Would be a real pain having to enter the code at every set of traffic lights!

I agonised over viper or ghost watch for days but have decided to go for ghost watch and a tracker. The warn away function of the viper is tempting I must admit but my local installer (who’s been in the business for as long as I can remember) reckons viper/Clifford are hyped up and recommends cobra instead.

    Hi Chris

are you due to be anywhere near Teesside anytime soon ?

How many installs would you require to make it viable
