No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

This sounds a bit of a desperate thread!

Talking of ‘quiet’ I went to a ‘Ford group UK’ meet at the ‘Dick Turpin’ pub on the A127 (Southend arterial road, Essex) on Sunday as it was the last meet before the pub shuts for good on July 8 This pub is well known in the area for car and bike meets over the years and it’s demise is most unwelcome. As the last meet there, I was expecting a good turnout? There were a paltry 12 cars!

Ahh the Dick Turpin pub, a watering hole I used to frequent back in the day (a long time ago now) Shame another pub gone

Amongst others the RS owners club used it as did the Subaru Impreza drivers club – of which I was a member.

Suitable venues in the area are now rare.

I’m here, sad about the Dick Turpin, my have been the very first RS meet I ever went to, not sure I even had an RS at the time!
