Help Please

I have ordered some wheel nuts from the shop but they have arrived incorrectly, I can’t seem to get hold of anyone to get them returned and replaced, I have someone waiting to fit them on the car that’s all, can anyone help please? Thank you

By what reason are they incorrect? I know I have ordered stuff and received totally different items but have managed to contact Kenny via his email and resolved it.

Hi Coastliner

I ordered a full set of black wheel nuts including locking wheel nut but I’ve received silver ones with no locking wheel nut, I’ve emailed Kenny a couple of times with and without photos just in case it was them affecting the email but had no response that’s all.
