I used microsoft Outlook 2013 till now but now I want to switch to the more advanced version of it – Office 365. Though I know a little bit of how to make transfer yet I am not completely sure about it. I’ve read some blogs regarding it, got some information like use AzureAZcopy or use Microsoft drives, but I’ve never used it. I’m sceptical that I might lose my data.

Suggest me some ways on how to switch from outlook 2013 to office 365.

    Dear Technical kaushik,

I agree that manually migrating your data from older versions of Outlook to Office 365 is difficult. You have to go for multiple methods to do a single migration of your PST files to Office 365. With that being said, I don’t use these manual steps anymore. Rather, use a PST Converter Tool which will migrate all your Outlook data to Office 365 only in very little time.

    Hope this helps Cheers

    Thanks for your reply.

I don’t know much about these tools. Please brief me a bit about this, why and which one should I consider.

    Thanks in advance!
