Hi – Offset is 45,

Standard tyres fit 235/35/19.

I actually fitted winter tyres to these –

You are right it was the cheapest option- also picking 19″winter tyres – but it’s my daily driver and will be keeping the winter wheels on till April.

I have these fitted also. They are really nice. Offset is 45. I believe they are 0.5″ wider than the stock wheels as well.

Straight swap of original tyres.

what tyres are you running in your pictures? how do you feel about the stretch? are you happy with it? does the stretch look ok?

 

i’m considering other wheels for mine, 8.5j with the 235/35 pilots, but was maybe a little concerned about how that little extra stretch would look, what do you think?

Above I meant to say NOT the cheapest option!  – I am sure you guys got that.   Added the locking mcguard wheel nut – it’s like money money money so far!!

Tyres are Continental WinterContact TS 850 P.  Great winter tyres and have used them before on previous car.   For the type of driving I was happy to stick to 19″ inch tyres/wheels.

With regards to stretch of the tyres,- I really can’t see it – and certainly not noticeable.  From what I can see for other wheels this wide they are split between 235/240.

OK, good feedback on the stretch. I was all set to go for 8.5j,but then I’ve got second thoughts on it. I don’t mind a little stretch, but don’t want it looking like some custom freak!!!!
