Hi guys, I just ordered the mountune M380 kit, fitted all the bits and went to upload the map to the car, the small mtune device won’t recognise the car and won’t lock to the car either – meaning no map 🙁 iv been speaking to mountune support who have now raised it with cobb and started asking if the car has ever been mapped before, I have only owned the car a couple months have no access to the previous owner, there was nothing to show any map or anything when I bought the car (no invoices, no tune device, no mountune badges) if the ECU is locked by another map, is there anything I can do without knowing the company or anything? Is it a case or trying to get my money back from mountune as it’s withing 14 days of purchase? Thanks
