Theres been a lot of reports from the good old USA that the 4S tyres are delaminting and shedding chunks of tread on spirited drives and total failures on track days
This is worth a read before you decide to save £20 a tyre

Useful news!.
I was thinking i’d go for the Cup Sport 2’s anyway given mines a fair weather car only.
If you hear of any more issues or anyone disagreeing with your finds, please let us know.

As long as pressures are kept lowish and you do some rotation the Oe tyres do great
hot cold or wet
and last well with even wear
perfick.
@DaveRS3
I’m going the same route as you with Cup 2’s, as mines also a fair weather car
