Mountune/Cobb AP Issue

Got a focus with Mountune 380 kit on it. I was changing from 1 map to another and the upload failed and it put the car into recovery mode. Attempted to upload again to get the car out of recovery mode but no joy. Contacted Mountune who contacted Cobb and after a few emails they sent me an uninstall key which worked but now the handset is stuck with verify ignition switch is on position.

can anyone offer any help or advice?

Mines is currently stuck on recovery but wont even start the recovery process.

just keep taking me to the main menu.

i also got an unistall key and im also stuck on the Verify Ignition on screen.

Done all Mountune and COBB jave said but still no avail.

 

Think my ECU is bricked even though i have ignition

I’d recommend contacting laird performance there in Scotland, they are brilliant with fords, they may be able to unlock the ecu and over write a map on it

I believe Ross that owns laird has done a few bricked ecu’s lately
