@porter2411 Looking good there pal!! It’s getting to that time of year for pics galore as the weather improves!!I was heading home after a good blast this afternoon and stopped in a lay-by on a long straight of the A836 between Lairg and Bonar Bridge, a Cracking road indeed. Just as I started munching my Steak Pie an Audi RS6 blasted by followed quickly by an Audi R8…. the noise from these 2 beasts was EPIC as they roared past. If I wasn’t so hungry I’d have launched the pie and took off after them…. lol!! But I was STARVING… haha!!

And that’s ma baby enjoying the beautiful Highland weather!! Lol!! ????????.

Cheers mate!! And to answer your question, yes the Steak Pie was very good!! I’ve always loved pies and would say I’m a bit of a pie expert. You can’t beat a REALLY GOOD PIE. I don’t eat as many as I used to, BUT I do have one “pie day” during the three weeks I’m at home. That’s one day set aside for me to indulge in some quality pies, lol!! It is indeed a great day and consists of 6 pies and a cold can of Irn Bru. The pies are purchased from Grants the Baker in Tain and consists of 2 x Steak, 2 x Scotch and 2 x Chicken Curry. REALLY good pies from this Bakery and they shall be consumed in one sitting… No bother at all!! Haha!! ????????….
