I got my rs about 4-5 months ago and the satnav has never worked always beeded update. I finally got around to updating it and everything installed fine but now the satnav is saying. Navigation not functioning properly. Does anyone know what is causing this?

Hi Sean I have the same issue and was told by ford master technician its the unit not picking up 5 satellites it needs to operate properly only getting 3 after doing the diagnostic.. Could be a bad connection to the unit or a new unit required….. Then the lock down so TBC
