I am on Sunday, going to fit my sports cat..but all so fitting a front H&R anti roll bar . Hopefully both to gether

Question … I am dropping the front subframe to fit the roll bar ….can I get to the sports cat bolts ,from underneath the car .

as I have seen on ‘ YouTube ‘ to fit the sports cat they taking the battery, tray, intake off ..to get at the 2 bolts. from above

as any body fitted both these items as I intend to …thanks

if you already been bitten by the modbug, do you have rear motormount, wastegate, turboblanket, quickshifter, gear cable bushings, gear mount bushings in place? otherwise it will be an easy job to do if you already dropped subframe.

Alignment mark the subframe or when you rebuild it the car will go either left or right.

Would suggest a full alignment after rebuilding.

You will also require a couple of downpipe to turbo studs and nuts as the original generally get chewed up.

The Front ARB is a good mod but the Rear ARB is more beneficial to the cars handling

Got these to fit also (roll bars)…regarding front…

    1) does the sub frame have to be dropped completely or loosened just enough to get old bar out?

    2) can it be done on axle stands as that’s all I have?

    3) am I right in thinking that anything involving bushes/arms, need to be tightened up with the car in its natural resting position (with weight on)?
