Stage 2 software and 500 bhp plus

Sorry i know this has been talked to death but doing it anyway😂

Finally got my sports cat fitted after being in my garage since Ford Fair 2019 !

I now need a stage 2 map , whats your experiences with MSD, Litchfield, Sabre, or american ones Stratified and Tune Plus.

Originally I was always going Litchfield but they don,t respond very well , want to get this sorted next week , a few of you may of seen my post on the club facebook page and having the Hendy 500  rs as a courtesy car , I think that’s going to cost me, because that was awesome 😮👌

Mine are standard and fine with stage 2… i know some guys who have had issues and they are forged, it’s not just the internals 😬 Will be doing mine soon tho to get above 500 (still collecting all the bits needed doing my nut slightly)…

Stage 2 for me at the moment but after driving the hendy car now I may want more 😳

You can an nx2 turbo from the states for a lot less 😁

@robroy there are a few guys i know running the nx2 and others…. big numbers and better than the hendy or mountune car! Sabres the place at the mo or devils…. Ive looked at from the states but, with import and so on the savings not that great.. turbo is last part for me, waiting on sabres garret package cost first.

@robroy – maybe i misread the post. Are you on standard internals? I dont think anyone will recommend 500hp without forging. You would need a turbo too, but i see from the latter posts you are on that case already!

Yes you have misread my post I am after stage 2 software firstly

but also was given a courtesy car which was running 500bhp last Friday !

You cannot beat a proper live map on the road or dyno.

Had mine done at Litchfield and came away with 422 very smooth power delivery 👍

Litchfields customer service is about one step ahead of Mountune which means they are poor.

But once your in and booked I found the on-site service and dyno experience brilliant.

Remote tune USA  “ONLY” if you cannot get a live map done.

My car ran OEM internals when Litchfield mapped it.

From “my” experiences I’d recommend firstly Devils Developments and secondly Litchfields both live map
