Sync 3 – Freezing up

Just a quick one. My Sync3 sat Nav freezes 80% of the time when I go anticlockwise through junction 14 of the M25 adjacent to Heathrow (Whilst the navigation is on).

Does anyone else have this or a similar issue and has anyone else had this and fixed it?

I live by Heathrow and I had the same problem make sure its on version 3 on Sync 3 this stops the issue since I updated it no problems since

Yes had the same issue until garage updated it to version 3, now works fine.

This happened to me yesterday as well!

Exactly same place on the M25. Got off the motorway and tried turning the car off a couple of times but it was still frozen. Had to go old school and look at my road atlas and those big boards at the side of the road with arrows and place names on!

Once I had arrived at Farnborough i stopped at McDonald’s for a cheeky sausage and egg McMuffin and after 15 minutes resting the sat nav was fine.

Might still get it into Ford for a look and update if needed.
