For the third time now I’ve had a faulty abs sensor throwing loads of fault codes.
And worse I’ve had the danger of no abs, no 4wd, etc.
    is there a cure?
    routine replacements every few years?
the part is cheap but when it fails it’s a nightmare.

Did you change these yourself. I always heard a thud when the 4 wheel drive disconnected which i didn’t like. They are pretty easy to do especially if you have the wheel off. I did all of mine about 15 months ago even though it was the rear that was at fault. You do have to give the axle a clean where the copper ring sits before the torx is screwed in, thats the earthing point. Think if I get to 2 years I’ll just change the rear one’s again. Think that’s the only cure.

    Good tips.
    thank you.
luckily the system stores the error in this case.
